Karen Downs, President of Sunrise Property Solutions, Inc., has been investing in real estate for the past 15 years.  She is formally educated in the field of real estate investing through the Wealth Intelligence Academy, where she completed in depth training in wholesaling, rehabbing, creative finance strategies, domestic and international land development, and foreclosure acquisitions.  Karen has frequently served as a Guest Speaker for investment organizations throughout Virginia.
